1. About us
The Denslux online store is operated by Denslux, email denslux@info.com ("Denslux", "we", "us"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products
Denslux is a retailer of oral care and teeth whitening products from different brands. We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images. Product results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Our products are cosmetic oral care products and are not medical treatments. Always read the label and instructions before use. Do not use whitening products if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have sensitive teeth, gum disease or dental restorations, without first consulting your dentist. Stop use and consult a dentist if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods available in the store.
4. Orders and contract
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract between you and Denslux is concluded when we send this confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions for sealed hygiene products. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Warranty and complaints
You have statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract. Please contact us at denslux@info.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will respond within 15 days.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics and the Denslux name and logo, belongs to Denslux or its licensors. Product brand names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or use our content without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Denslux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for damage resulting from use of products contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.ttja.ee).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
