Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on orders of €45 or more; for smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time. Orders are usually delivered within 6–12 business days from the date they are placed. This includes 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Delivery to some remote areas may take longer.

Multiple items. We aim to ship all items in your order together in one package. Occasionally, items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Customs and import duties. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.

Address errors. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.

Lost or delayed orders. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at denslux@info.com and we will help locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
