Refund policy
You may return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
Hygiene products. For health and hygiene reasons, teeth whitening products (strips, gels, powders, toothpastes and similar) can only be returned if the packaging is sealed and unopened. Items that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
How to return
- Email us at denslux@info.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the items back in their original sealed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Original shipping costs are refunded only if your entire order is returned.
Damaged, defective or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the sealed item for a refund and place a new order.
Customers in the EU/EEA. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under consumer protection law, including the right to a remedy for faulty goods.
